Who on Earth recommended a C2Q? They have been discontinued for a couple years now.

PII 955 is probably the best deal going on a cpu at $110. You can't go wrong.

How could we possibly tell you if you need a new psu when you haven't even told us what psu you have???

Your gpu is pretty dated but will be ok for the games you mentioned at that resolution.

STALK PSU i guess??? which has 450W DC output!! is it okey?

Link please? Some PSUs say they can support 450w, 550w, 650, etc, but really explode on those watts. If you would tell us what computer you had, or a link to the PSU, we could tell you. Also, the PII 955 is great, and C2Q are way overpriced, and normally have DDR2 memory. I think your build looks good.

replace it. Far too many amps on the 5v and 3.3?(5v) which is a huge indicator of an older and inefficient design. Modern computers usually run most of their components of the 12V rail and the 22A on it compared to the 3.5 and 5v is a big no no.

Grab a quality corsair, antec, xfx , seasonic psu and call it a day

You forgot PC Power and Cooling and the new OCZs.
