Connecting Video Card to Fan Controller

I just bought a Lamptron FC5 V2 fan controller and i want to hook up my Sapphire 3870HD Graphic Card to it to control the fan speed.

It came with a 6pin pci-e to 4pin molex adapter but the Fan Controller i have is 3pin. Is there anyway to connect this Video Card to my Lamptron Fan controller to control the fan speed??

fan controllers are the only thing i ever literally charred in a system hehe...

the 6 pin connector is to connect your power supply directly to your graphics card. You will use software such as msi's after burner for controlling clocks and fan speeds. If you can control all of the system's fan speeds with mobo settings that's preferable.
