HDMI to DVI Computer/PS3 connection.

I currently have a monitor that has both DVI-D and a VGA outlet. No HDMI port. I'm currently using an HDMI to DVI cable to plug my PS3 into my monitor (model#AL2216W). Since my PC is also using a DVI cable, I'm always switching between my 2 DVI cables to switch signals. I have searched the internet and found an HDMI 3to1 switch to be a really good solution for me. So my question right now is:

Would I be able to use a 3to1 HDMI switch (that I found on Amazon) and connect it to my monitor with my HDMI to DVI cable? So I can have both my PS3 and PC plugged to the same port.

errrrr, I'm not sure. KVM stands for Keyboard/Video/Mouse? Then I don't think so. This switch just has 3hdmi inputs and 1 output.
