Packard bell F5287 Audio problem

Hi everyone need some extra help,
I have a very old laptop here my hopes are not high at all,
But it was working fine until it had liquid damage, sorted out the liquid damage and all up and running not a problem but I am having one very annoying problem it is the audio, it recognises the chipset AC97 in device manager but a yellow conflict code 10, I’ve installed a bunch of different different version drivers from old to new and still cannot get it come on, there is no features in the bios for the audio, due to its age

So either I am missing a certain driver version I have missed ,I do not know, or possibly the audio chipset has given up on me all together or I have been installing the totally rong drivers
I have installed xp home sp2 then tried patchs and even further updates still with no luck,

The laptop specs are

Packard bell F5287
P/N PB03400101
Device manager states --Vinyl AC97 Codec combo driver

If anyone has any links to any think I could possibly try I would be great full I’m running out of options now
Many thanks
