When i loggin in win 7 it takes 10 to 15 minutes

i have windows 7 os .and its working in domain .i loggin with user so it takes 10 to 15 minutes but in administrator its working fine.

what server OS?

are there XP clients on the domain?

are you logging in as domain admin or local admin?

Log in once with a domain user account. It'll create a local profile for that user. Then log out, and back in with that same user. With the local profile already there, it should load fairly quickly.

If it doesn't, it may not be retrieving the local profile, and you may need to do some system cleanup on that machine.
