Gaming computer under 450?

i made a thread yesterday for under 600 just found out i only really have 450 is there a decent build i can make?

to tell you the truth i don't know i just wanna play recent games with any quality i just don't want it to lag

.... Well with the 4830 expect up to 1600x900 and then you'll probably start struggling at 1680x1050.
