Check out my 450$ build in my siggy. Incorperate a little of both mine and Astro's build.

Some things though, How can you have N/A for your Monitor resolution, if you have a monitor?

Also, Astro I think most of his budget should be part of the CPU, since Vegas doesn't really use Cuda and Sim's isn't a GPU crazy game. Try bumping up the CPU in my 450$ build to a 955 BTW.
