Today only I saw that my CPU reached 63 degree celsius (got as alert) when playing FSX with all sliders right, I am using ASUS Ai suite II to monitor the temperature.

idle temp: 29-33 degree celsius
at full gaming load: 50-60, but today 63 degree celsius.

Please tell me that is it normal for an i7 2600k, not overclocked and with stock cooler.

yes.
I get 61c at max settings.Stock clock stress testing at stock cooling i get 81c.Very bad temps but yes for a stock cooler it would be normal.

With 66c and upwards?No.
With 80~90c yes.

These intel chips are really solid. They can handle alot of stress.
