New rig wont post-shuts off after few secs-light code?

MSI p55-cd53 mobo
I5 760
MSI n60GTX Ti
Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 700w
OCZ Gold Series XTC Cooler 4GB DDR3-1333 (PC3-10666)

Bought from Microcenter today, Installed bare bones, without HDD, etc.

Power up, overclock genie +/- lights , Fans spin, powers down after about 5 secs.

PSU?

Any help would be appreciated, this is disappointing, to say the least...

"Cpu_phase Leds"
These LEDs indicate the current Power phase mode. Follow the instructions below to read.

Light I=on i=off
iiII cpu is in 2 phase power mode
iIII phase 3
IIII phase 4

Direct from the manual, mine has only one light, far right, lit. mentions nothing about that or what they mean, next page moves onto bios setup.

Capitol "i" represents shaded vs empty rectangle in manual.

It also says nothing about just one light, like im seeing.

Im activly googling but coming up short and could use help,thanks.

Run through the forum's "System won't boot" checklist

It's just a guess but I'd say the 1 light only signal means the system did not finish POST.
