Question about 5850

i wanted to upgrade my gpu and just browsing over newegg i saw this 5850 for $169.99 so im just curies to know if anything is wrong with it or just why its price so low like that.

Nobody buys the 5xxx series anymore because the 6xxx series gives more performance/buck. So the low price javascript:%20validform(this);of these is natural.

I know this is an old thread but for anyone who reads this, they should know that I have considered purchasing this card for crossfiring with a different Gigabyte 5850. I have done research on this card and it is priced low because it has ZERO overclocking capability. ZERO. My gig 5850 is oc'ed no prob at 1000/1300 @ 1.175v. This PowerCooler card cant handle anything close to that.
