Just looking to top off my rig now so any help would be great.

This one has weird connections for a sound card (or at least they are weird to me) so I'm not to sure I could use its full potential.

Everybody knows this card but it had some scathing reviews.

This is the oddball of the three. It uses PCI instead of PCI express so my question here is it worth it to get a adapter card for it? (this was actually my choice card until i saw the connection requirements)

Anyway, the mother board I chose out is here. Would it be beneficial to get a sound card with this mobo?

I'm ignoring that the cards would all be over 200$ for the moment but I can pay for these eventually.

The MoBo link takes us to a list of like 140 MoBos. If you have purchased any decent MoBo in the $180 and up range, you'll be fine w/ the on board sound. If you are an audiophile, the difference between a $20 sound subsystem and $200 sound subsystem are both gonna pull down the quality of anything in your living room.
