[New Build] Compatible?

Hey guys, just ordered a new build in the mail and was wondering if it all is compatible!
Also the PSU is only 450, do you think that's good enough for all this plus a decent video card?

Also could you guys recommend a graphics card better then the one onboard? which is an HD 4200 ATI Radeon, preferably under 90 or so, I'm on a budget. Thanks!

Fresh builds try to go DDR3 as the sun has gone down on DDR2 platforms, with all current/incoming ones DDR3 based

Ah maybe i should have gotten DDR3, but I was just going based off a barebone kit I saw, and did a few upgrades.
