Okay, So I've read around the forums that mostly the GTX 460 is an "overkill" for WoW. Read benchmark after benchmark, and I continue to see that GTX 460 has the capability of handling WoW on Ultra on 1680x1050 resolution. Now, when I popped the card in this morning and I launched WoW and I slide the slider to Ultra I was getting about 30 FPS if I was lucky. Is there a proper way to setting up the GTX 460 to guarantee a higher FPS rate? I am rather new to setting up graphics cards through their control panels and in game. Any help would be appreciative. :D

AMD Phenom X4 9150e
Core Speed - 1808.2 MHz
Multiplier - x9.0
Bus Speed - 200.9 MHz

Supposedly it's a Quad core 3.0MHz but I think it's underclocked to 2.0MHz.

EDIT:

Yes, It is down clocked.

Bus speed: 3200 MHz HT3 (clocked down to 2000 MHz)
