Planning to upgrade to NZXT Phantom, and possibly Sandy Bridge CPU
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.com, USA
PARTS PREFERENCES: Doesn't Matter, though, i do not wish to throw away my GTX 275, as I want more than one moniter support via HDTV/Component Cable (THIS CAN BE OMITTED THOUGH, a local store sells VGA to HDTV Cable). Hopefully that (NVidia)doesn't conflict with ATI drivers. The only reason I would throw the GTX 275 away is if the 6950 XFire is worth the upgrade.
OVERCLOCKING: Maybe
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: IF my performance will reach higher at a lower cost
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I would appreciate if all games ran at high or near high settings. And is a dedicated PhysX card worth it?Obviously, I want Directx11 support, I mean my laptop (Alienware M17x/XFire 5870M/Core i7 720QM) is technically better than my desktop right now.
