My parents want a computer, but aren't willing to spend much at all. I volunteered to build one for them, because I would like the practice. That being said, I am fairly new to all this, so I thought I would come here for suggestions. They will only use the computer for internet and basic word processing. I do already have a hard drive (Seagate Barracuda 7200.9, 3.5" bare drive) if that will work, and I also already have a DVD/CD burner. I've also already got a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, and all the external stuff, excluding a case. I just want a build decent enough to last them a while. Is it possible to make a decent basic build for around $200?
