Viewsonic 910 contrast bar

Hello,
The bright blue and green contrast bar appeared on my monitor, and I can't get it go away. I can get it to go up and down using the 2 and arrow keys on the monitor, but it dims down, and the bar won't go off the screen.

Can you try re-setting to factory defaults? Then go from there.
