System automaticly restarts; new computer build

Hello, I have just build a new desktop. Installed Windows 7 64x ultimate. Every time i try to play music or do something that takes some processing power or mem it automatically restarts every time. Seems to load slow and feels like im running a p133 lol.. Any suggestions the causes? Jared All the temps in the case are normal. Most likely a RAM issue. Run memtest.

I have the same psu with the same problem. I tested it and the 12v rail showed low, so it is being rma'ed now.
