Radeon 6870 troubles on Crysis

This is my system:
Radeon HD 6870
Phenom 955 @ 3.8
Corsair 650w
MSI 870S-G54
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Samsung 500GB
WD 1tb SATAIII

I've got Crysis maxed, 1920x1080 everything maxed including AA and AF.

My 6870 still lags on it. I haven't OC'ed it or anything. When objects are loaded into the world, the game lags. I've read I should be able to easily max this game out, what's wrong?

I can't say that I've 'heard' that , lol
How much AA ?

With 2AA, I would think, maybe low/mid 30's fps on very high quality settings.

They've got it here at 26 fps which is still decent 8xAA
