We definitely need more information. Like, tons of it.
1-Specs! What are your parts?
2-What are your idle and load temperatures?
3-What part is overheating? The CPU?
4-Did you build this thing yourself, or is it commercial?
5-When does this happen?

Yes. Info, please! We cannot make bricks without clay! :)

Also, you don't just change the PSU before you know what's wrong. Hope you kept the old one, there may very well be nothing wrong with it! :/

The cheapest fix would be to replace the thermal paste with Arctic Silver thermal paste. You can get it for $5 on ebay and it will run much cooler. Many times thermal pastes gets old and needs replacing.
