hi,i have an asus p5ld2-x/1333 mb and 2 gb ddr2/667...can someone tell me if i buy 4gb ddr2/800 if they will work on my mb?...with a cpu dual core e8200,intel

It mentions "2 x240-pin DIMM, Max. 4 GB, DDR2 667/533/400 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory"

If the motherboard cannot handle 800, it will downclock the 800 to 667, but you will have 4 GBs. If there is a price difference, get the 667; if not, DDR2 800 will work at 667.

i just installed the e8200 cpu and it says that i should update bios becoz i cant use cpu at full capacity if i dont update...can someone tell me how i do this bios update?

Enter your OS in the appropriate field. Then you will find a list of BIOS and complete instructions to flash (update) the BIOS.
