What is the possible Crysis FPS With these specs?

Motherboard -
MSI 790GX-G65 AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD

Processor-
AMD Phenom II X4 955 black edition @ 3.06ghz

Graphics -
MSI R5770 Hawk 1GB

Settings-
1440x900 resolution [my monitor supports upto this only]
All other settings to max

Please give the possible frames per second for Crysis warhead or Crysis 1 with the above specs for these-

1)with crossfire
2)without crossfire
3)overclocked CPU

Crysis is an absolute cold fish for multi core chips so interpolate Crysis performance in the links below and approximating 1440 x 900 to about 1280 x 1024 (green bars) a HD 5670 in the $400 SBM was fine (for high not very high quality) so HD 5770 would be between that and the 768M GTX 460 in the $500 SBM

For 1440x900 a 5770 should be more than enough, though perhaps without full AA and AF. With crossfire two 5770s would preform like a 5870. I was running Crysis just fine on max with a single 5870 and my CPU at stock at 1680x1050.

what was the cost of your power supply? how much watts? i asked because you almost have the same system. :)
