The processor i plan to get is the AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition.
I am planning to get a GIGABYTE GA-890FXA-UD5 AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard.
But i do not think it is SLI or CROSSFIRE Compliant.

What would the best motherboard for the price be. for both Crossfire and SLI?

Thanks

The motherboard is Crossfire compliant for sure.. Currently, no AMD board supports both SLI and Crossfire.. Its eithef one of that.. Your motherboard choice is good so stick with it.. If you plan to run SLI, my recommendation is to go for an Intel setup as there are very few boards(crappy btw) which support SLI and AMD processors..

If you want to run a 2-GPU nVidia solution on a crossfire motherboard, you can always get the GTX 590 which is a single card with two GPUs. I doubt you would really need more graphics processing power than that. The downside is that you can't add a second card later when eventually a developer is crazy enough to code something you can't run all maxed out at crazy FPS with that setup. You would have to get rid of your card and purchase a more powerful one.
