Spent many hours today researching the web for my answer. I've come here a lot over the years reading the reviews and forums.

I'm upgrading to:

i7 2600
Sabertooth P67
Corsair Vengeance Blu 16 GB PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3

Leftovers:

GTX 470 1280MB
Seagate Barracuda 7200 2TB
WD Green 2TB
Intel 320 160 GB SSD
2 x DVD burners

I see about 220w on mobo
another 250w on GTX
and 100w on drives/burners
That is a conservative 570w.

The HX620 can easily produce a true 620 and was tested to nearly 750 in good form.
There is no OC in my future.
Computer used to edit HD video with 64 bit software
CS4 64 bit
Small amount of gaming, light weight by today's standard (combat mission battle for normandy)

Am I good to go?

A GTX 470 for light gaming..!! Overkill dude.. But nothing can be done now as you already have it.. BTW, if you have no overclocking intentions then might as well get a H67 board.. Would work out cheaper.. If you don't mind spending though then get a Z68 board.. Don't want to miss out on the awesome Quick Sync feature.. More since you are more into video editing stuff..

A GTX 470 for use with Adobe Premiere is how it got chosen.

I will look into the Z68 but they are working a few bugs out it seems:
Overall it is a feature we can appreciate, the software needs to be cleaned up the as the GUI is just horrible looking. Unfortunately once we had Virtu active... we also where confronted with increased instability in Windows 7. So again, there's a lot of work in progress for this feature.

Thanks for your input.
