Very cheap fan controller

I'm looking for a very cheap fan controller.
I know that there's no genuine fan controllers that cheap. So these are my choices:

1. I wanted to know could I control non-pwm fans to run at lower rpms?
For example I have scythe nonpwm fan which runs at 1200-1300rpms, which is too loud for an intake for me.
I want to lower to a 800-900rpm.

2. Where should those temp sensors be connected from a second controller?

Would it be controllable with those controllers also?

The cheapest way to control fans is actually free.

You can rewire the fan to run at 5V or 7V instead of the default 12V. If your fan is running at 1300rpm at 12V, then 7V should take it down to the range you want.

Yeah, the fan controllers you linked will work fine too. Give the 7V mod a try though. It will most likely fix your problem for free.

Is there any way to diassemble molex to reconnect vires properly?

You can buy little tools to help remove the pins easier http://www.thewatercoolingshop.co.uk/Phobya-Molex-Extractor-Kit-Sleeving-Tool.html
or I use sewing needles to remove any I need to, up to you man, just go slow and gentle, you'll be fine

although if your happy messing around in there, you may just want to wire in a variometer knob to control your fan as you wish, crank it up for games

A small precision screwdriver can get them out. The pins are held in place by metal tabs.
