please help me fix this
Below are my Cpu settings problem

warning!cpu has been changed.please re-enter cpu settings in Cmos setup and remember to save before quit<what should i do?


Please list the step that i need to do!please!1!!111!!!!

unplug power AC, remove battery from mobo, let 10minute... put baterry again in mobo

or even just enter bios, F2 or Del, and it 'should' auto detect, if not then do what henydiah says and then hits F2/Del to enter bios whilst booting.

easiet way of fixing it is,

restart computer, keep taping del key (if thats the key to get into bios)

there should be a recomended options setting select that and then check the settings it chose to make sure there right, save and exit

thats all you really need to know

If this is a new cpu on an older motherboard, you may need to upgrade the bios for it to support the cpu.

If not as this is happening everytime you switch pc on, cmos battery is dying and you need to replace it, costs a couple of pounds/dollars etc etc.

Once replace, get into bios and load failsafe defaults, save and exit, then go back in to bios and make any changes you need.
