Fill out the form in sticky, link in my sig.

Stuff like 650w PSU doesn't mean anything w/o brand/model.

Also, what res are you gaming at?

In general a setup such as that one won't get you very far for 1080p gaming.

resolution, it's one of the questions in the sticky.

Resolution of your monitor. ie: 800x600, 1024x768, 1680x1050. There are alot of different resolutions.
Bah you beat me to it >.<

what is res

Res refers to the resolution of your monitor.

for example: a 23 in widescreen monitor might have a native resolution of 1920 x1080. This means that the screen has 1920 pixel across and 1080 pixel in height.

Hope this helps! :bounce:

i'll be gaming at 1280 by 1024
March 1, 2011 8:08:13 PM

You should still fill out the rest of the questions in the sticky.

I suppose the 4670 can put out playable frame rates for older games at 1024...

Not a good investment though if this is what you're planning on building. Fill out the form, provide a budget and we can probably get you something better.

well whats a good gaming pc to build. rite now my buget is $350
March 1, 2011 8:45:58 PM

$350 wont get you far at all. I was going to write out a parts list for under $350 but I realized that I couldnt build anything that could do anything in games for that budget. the OS alone will cost you $90-$100. (I dont recommend you torrent the OS as it is SO easy to hide key loggers and tracking software in a file that big with that much stuff. Sorry but I cant help you.

Alright, I'll try to figure something out on that budget.

Hopefully this link will take you to what I've laid out for you. the total comes to $349.88
Have fun with it I guess =P
