I've been reading other's build posts the past few weeks and went ahead ordered all of the components off NewEgg and it should be here tomorrow. Let me know what you guys think. I didn't need the lastest and greatest, just wanted something to be able to run pretty much any game well. And I had to go with the 3d since my TV already fully supports it with Nvidia.

Case: Cooler Master HAF-932 - $119.98

PSU: AMD X4 955 BE - $139.99

GPU:Nvidia (MSI) Twin Frozr 560 Ti - $249.99

MOBO: ASRock 880GXH/USB3- got it on NE somehow for $79.99.Now $114.

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 - $49.99

HD: WD Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB - $39.99

Power: OCZ Fatal1ty OCZ550FTY 550W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply - $69.99

Monitor: 60" Mitsubishi WD-60638 1080p 3D Amazon Black Friday STEAL- 599.99 w/ free white glove service. Bought the last amazon stocked one at that price at 9:30am that Friday morning and an hour later the price was back at 799.99 then the next day back to 899.99

3D: Nvidia 3D Vision Kit - $149.99 bought this on Sunday after original order was placed.

OS: Windows 7 64 - Own already

Sound: Tritton AXPro Surround Headphones - Own already

Total for rig w/ taxes and shipping = $766.16

Total w/ 3d glasses = $923.71

Fin.

Again I did this just from browsing this forum and trying to ride the budget line. Any comments, good or bad, are appreciated. Thanks -Ryan

3d vision requires a 3d capable monitor/tv, and requires SLI. So figure ~$800 for the monitor/$1,500 for a TV, and another $250 for a second 560 before you can use it.

The other issue of course is you can't run SLI on an AMD chipset, so basically, no 3d vision for you.

Honestly, waste of money, just return it.

Not too impressed with the PSU. It'll run 1 560's, but not the 2 you'd need for 3d vision. You may be able to run 2 on a very good 550W, like the seasonic 560w gold, but realistically, you'd need a 700W PSU.

Not quite sure why you got such a massive case, to put a basic build in. A 922 or even 912 would have been more than sufficient.

WD blues aren't very good drives. 7200.12 or spinpoint f3 500gb are about the same price and much better drives.

Sorry to sound like an ass, but I remembered reading a forum post

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/304574-31-please-what-vision-glasses

where you had just told someone the exact same thing and were promptly corrected.

Matter of fact, it was that exact thread that actually "OK'd" my Vision kit purchase.
So I'm pretty sure I won't be returning it.

The PSU will run what I have fine, I believe, since I wont have another card in SLI.

I bought the massive case for multiple reasons. 1. It looks awesome 2. Massive fans = more air moved at quieter rpms and 3. It's big enough that I can put just about anything in there I could ever want.

Now the WD HD, I understand might not be that good but I also have a 1TB external that will be also be hooked up.

I appreciate the feedback anyways though. Other than the 3d vision, your comments were good advice. Also, I guess I could have specified 3D Tv Play instead but I figured everyone would assume.
