Being a small form factor needing a low profile card and having only a 280watt PSU this HD4650 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102829 is the best I can find that is compatible with it.

After looking up the specs, I would agree with the 4650. You may need to buy an adapter to power it, though. 4 pin to...4 pin. Line to square. Excuse my lack of technical terms. Anything higher than that will require more wattage.
