Does this system deserve a 560gtx ti?

Hi,
I have a system I built that consists of 2, netburst nocona xeon processors (each a 3ghz hyper threaded single core for a total of 4 3.0ghz cores sharing 2mb cache) along with 4gb ddr2 and an 8800gt.
My question is, i want to buy a 560gtx ti to replace the aging 8800gt, but will it be severely bottlenecked by the decent, but aging, hardware?
Thanks.

Solution
I think that there will be a bottleneck two single core netburst CPU's are going to be equal to a dual core pentium D.
I would spend my money on upgrading to a more modern CPU/motherboard setup and keep the 8800GT which still has life left in it for lower resolutions.

ok, so it would be more worthwhile to go for a new system? I mean i can run Bad Company 2 at 1680x1050 all settings high 2xAA and 4xAF with just under 30 FPS. and that is a pretty cpu-hungry game.
if you can persuade me to go for a new system my budget is around $1000 not including power supply, monitor, or any other peripherals.
let me know what you think,
thanks

oh, you can get a decent update for less than 1000, especially if you already have a 1680x1050 monitor.

I'll even throw in a new Power supply:

Note you'l have to wait for the end of the month for this, and I'm assuming you are in the USA.

Intel i5-2500K: $225
AS Rock Extreme 4: $152
DVD burner: $18
8 GB DDR3-1333: $80
HD 6850: $180
Samsung 1 TB HDD: $65
SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze: $70
Rosewill Destroyer case: $50

$840 total, and the PSU could handle a second 6850. If you add a second 6850 it becomes $1020

well, as i said i already have hard drives and a 650watt psu, so i guess im really looking at MoBo, CPU, Ram, Case and GPU, just the guts. so with those off the list what if i added a 560 or 570 instead of the 6850?
