3 different programs are giving me different voltages on the rails of PSU.

Here are the readings

OCCT Reads
Vcore~3.95V
+3.3V Rail~1.75V
+5V Rail~3.75
+12V Rail~10.24V

AMD Overdrive Reads
Vcore~1.32V
+3.3V Rail~2.50V
+5V Rail~4.16V
+12V Rail~9.25V

ASUS PC Probe II Reads
Vcore~1.31V
+3.3V Rail~2.50V
+5V Rail~4.16V
+12V Rail~9.25V

Why the different readings, and are these voltages ok? Thanks for the help :)

All of them are wrong, your computer couldnt boot if your 12V rail was running that low, what im betting on is your software cant read your voltages right, its not an uncommon problem.

Check your voltages in BIOS and with a digital multimeter if you want accurate readings.

Does something need updated for them to read properly, what would most likely need updated, if so? Thanks again :)

Nah, they are just misinterpreting the readings from the voltage monitoring chip on the motherboard, no update is going to make them reliable if they arent now, i have yet to find software that reads the voltages from my board right.
