Can you confirm these voltages are correct?

PC does not post/no beeps at all. Based on things I have done I am pretty sure it is MB but I wanted to see if someone can confirm the following voltages at the PSU Corsair VX550 are within spec.

I have tested it in I believe a manner as laid out in this forum, PSU plugged in but not powered and then powered on. The following are my results.
Switch off
Green 3.51
Gray 0.00
Purple 5.14

Switch on
Green 0.02
Gray 5.11
Purple 5.14

No voltage on Orange, Red or yellow with switch off. With switch on they are:
Orange 3.36
Red 5.10
Yellow 12.10

I also breadboarded the MB with no change to status. This was MB out of case, power connectors connected, 1 stick of mem (and then with no memory at all) and the MB speaker. Got no beeps at all.

I think the main voltages are 3.3, 5 and 12V. Compare it with those values. Try it with a different CPU and memory, but its probably the mobo, cause a decent mobo would give you a beep signal if something were wrong.
