Hello,
my acer aspire one can connect to the wireless network but cannot open the internet. what will i do? thanks

You might have a look at this:

Check TCP/IP Properties.

Start, Connect To, Connection, Properties, Scroll Down TCP/IP and highlight, click Properties and check that Obtain DNS and IP address automatically are enabled.


But sometimes it's just a simple reception issue -- try with the computer in the same room as the router. Or, because sometimes problem is with wireless security negotiation going askew due to marginal signal it may be worth trying it with wireless security turned off in the router.
