CPU 64bit but can it do....

Hey guys, just a quick and probably easy question, im planning on buying myself this CPU
LINK but in the description it displays 64bit data width, but does it also support 32 bit? im thinking it most probably does, but a confirmation would be awesome

All 64-bit CPUs have 32 bit support.
