What is the cheapest mouse on the US market?

Hi everyone,

I designed a mouse with a new function, and trying to product and sell it. It's very difficult for a newbie with no experience in business like me. I don't live in US, so I want to ask you some questions:

Do you buy retail mouse?
Do you find it online or at mall? Which one is cheaper?
And what is the cost of a cheapest brand new mouse that you could find on the US market?

Do I need any license to sell normal mouse in US for not infringing other's patent? Where could I get them?

2.always buy online,its cheaper by far(got my cyborg rat 9 for 100.00$ as opposed to 130-150)
3.you can pick up a mouse starting at about 5 bucks
4.I dont know if you need a license,but you may be infringing on patents......
