Hi
I want to upgrade my CPU , Motherboard and ram with 350 US dollars (just for gaming) and I don't have more money !
Is Amd Phenom II X4 945 a good choice for CPU ?(it is 150$ here)
Then I have 200 $ left for ram and motherboard.
IS CORSAIR - Dual Channel 4GB - 1600-(2x2GB) a good choice ?(100$ here)
Then I have 100 $ left for Mother board .
What do u suggest for motherboard ?
( I already have Nvidia GTS 250 video card and 520W power Supply )
PS Where I live Computer parts are 10-20% more expensive than USA .

The processor is a good choice, based on your budget. The RAM you select will be more based on compatibility with your chosen motherboard. Specifications for your motherboard should also list accepted RAM speeds (1600, 1333, 1066, 800mhz as examples) as well as RAM voltage (1.5v).
Select a motherboard that accepts your processor and then choose what RAM to get based on the motherboard specifications (and budget).
