Will my E6700 OC bottleneck 560 Ti??

I'm about to purchase a Twin Frozr 560 Ti OC and I had few concerns regarding my setup right now.

My current spec is:
E6700 OC'ed at 3.2ghz
P5N-E SLI (running 0401 - 2007 bios, should i update??)
2x2gb ddr2 800 sticks
8800gts 640mb running stock
Antec Basiq 550w (+12V1@22A, +12V2@22A, +12V3@25A) (link to newegg product page)

I will be upgrading to 2500k + P67 board later on this year, but I want to get the the gfx card since its so tempting lol

My concerns are :
1. Will my E6700 will bottleneck the 560 Ti even with OC @ 3.2ghz?
2. Will my PSU's 12v be enough for the 560 Ti AND the OC'ed cpu? Nvidia recommends minimum 30A on single 12v rail
3. Lastly, a minor concern, but should I update my Bios? I'm following the general rule of thumb of "don't update unless if there a problem", and I haven't ran into any problems yet.

Any input would be much appreciated.

dont go for a p67 board, if you can afford it go to z67

i would say wait till you can afford it all, you might get lucky and gpu price might drop by the time you can afford cpu

dont look at the 12v ratting look at the wattage ratting of powersupply

if you have a 500+ psu you should be fine but its allways a good idea to check

There's no such thing as a Z67.

The psu you have is plenty good till your upgrade.

I think at 3.2 you wont see much bottleneck if any. Maybe try to get a little more speed out of the cpu to be sure.
