I recently bought a Frio OCK and it is shipping at the moment. Ignorant me, bought this heatsink thinking that it will fit in my setup like the OG Frio. Since I'm no good at measuring things, I'll ask. Would this heatsink fit with my current setup?

MOBO: Asus M4A78T-e
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws 2x2gb
Case (should be no problem): Antec 900

Just in case you are wondering why I need this for an AM3:
I know this heatsink is made for overclocking (even though it sucks at it), but I do plan on upgrading in the near future back to Intel so having this heatsink now would save some money (considering I bought it half off). Would also be a huge upgrade from the ugly stock I have.

In terms of RAM, I was planning on getting an extra 8gb later on for video editing but if this heatsink covers a slot or two then I guess I can just postpone my plans. Unless I buy RAM that doesn't have those spiky heatsinks  ?

From the pictures I see on the internet, the fans on the heatsink is pointing toward the video card. Is that because the picture is showing an Intel mobo? Would my AMD board allow the fans to point toward the RAM instead?

Thanks in advance :) .
