At first I wanted to go for a quad cross-fire set-up but I need 1 PCI slot for a sound card and I haven't found any mobo with over 4 PCI slot.

Going for a 1155chipset (waiting for the i5-3570k to be released)

So well I need a

1) 3way crossfire
2) 4PCI slot
3) Nice overclocking feature
4) Quality product

So far I was thinking about the : http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/Maximus_IV_ExtremeZ/#specifications

But I'm hopen to any advice.

Sound card will run on a normal PCI slot, not on a PCI-E slot like the graphics cards.

Anyhow, looking at quad X-Fire. You're looking for many PCI-E slots, and I can think of no other than the MSI Big Bang Mashal P67 motherboard. It features 8 PCI-E slots, running at 16x/8x/4x, so quad X-Fire is a very high possibility on this board. Take a look, you may be impressed.

Any of the MB's in the following list will meet your needs of having 5 PCI-E 3.0 slots:
