Ram upgrade

Hello,
I want to upgrade my ram to run the mmo Star Wars: the old republic. My specs dont even meet minimum requirements to play the game, but it some how runs it. Its almost smoothe but i think my problem is RAM. I only want to get RAM and nothing else. I am wondering if this

but you should look for DDR2 800mhz SODIMM

NOTE. you have a 32bit version of windows so more than 4gb of ram will NOT be used.

i will hold my tongue about gaming on a sempron with an ATI 3100.
