Zotac 460 gtx 1gig amp vs XFX Radeon HD 6850 1gig

Hey guys I am looking to pickup a graphics card from www.ncix.com (they have a store next to me, so I dont have to do shipping and it's just more convenient) so going over their selections I narrowed the decisions down to two cards one being the "XFX Radeon HD 6850 775MHZ 1GB 4.0GHZ" for $189.99 and the "Zotac GeForce GTX 460 AMP! Fermi 810MHZ 1024MB" for $159.99 (prices were locked in at those rates for me already). I will probably be overclocking these two cards to their maximum potential on their stock heatstink/cooler so taking that into account which card is a better bang for your money?

The accompanying parts I have is a
i7 950
27" 1920 x 1080 resolution
asus p6x58d-e
3x4 gigs ddr3 memory (12 gigs)
ocz vertex 2 SSD

  1. If you want better overclocking, go for the 6850 since the GTX 460 is already clocked high. However both of them should perform similarly and the GTX 460 seems to have a good price compared to the 6850.
  2. The 6850 overclocks very well and gains a lot of performance from memory overclock (more than core overclock).

And apparently you can get a significant performance increase even at stock voltage.
