Strange monitor bightness issue..

This happened after i shifted my pc upstairs and left it on overnight.now there is this strange underlying brightness that i cant adjust manually.my display is ACER X193hq

eg- when i start my pc the windows logo that comes up the background used to be totally dark but now its somewhat lighted.

its not my gfx card because even with my internal graphics the same problem occurs.

it probably is something very simple but please if u know about it help me out.. :(

Were there any impacts to the monitor or was the monitor gripped/squeezed in the wrong way during the move? If there was it might explain the cause of your backlight bleeding.
