I recently purchased a new computer, however I'm having issues with my monitor. My screen doesn't take up all the space on the monitor, there is a black bar on the left side of the screen where my picture stops. On the right side of the screen my mouse seems to be able to move beyond the screen. It's as if someone took my picture and moved it over an inch on the screen.
