I currently have a Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 graphics card, but I'm looking to upgrade it. Here are my computer specs:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Quad CPU Q4800 @2.66GHz (4 CPUS) ~2.7GHz
Memory: 8GB RAM DDR2
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GTS 250
Power Supply: 450 W

Here are the cards I'm considering:

How would you rank these graphics card?

Here is my PSU information:

I just found out that the first and third graphics cards I listed are sold out. So should I get the second one? Is it a lot better than the graphics card I already have? You can find the exact specs of my graphics card in the following link: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX27367%28ME%29.aspx

One thing that worries me is the my current graphics card has a memory interface of 256-bit, whereas the second graphics card I listed only has a memory interface of 128-bit. Should I be worried about this?

That's a good PSU.
Can you buy from Newegg? The GTS250 and GTS450 offer similar performance, so the latter would not make a good upgrade. Even a 1GB GTX460 is only two tiers higher, so won't be a huge difference (although I suspect worthwhile).

It is a slightly slower card out of the box, but, not being factory overclocked like the EVGA, will draw less power. You can always use MSI's Afterburner software to overclock it yourself. Why pay $25 for something you can do yourself?
