Hi all,

I would like to know if there could be any performance or compatibility issues when I attach two sets of Kingston Hyperx 4GB(2x2) DDR2 1066MHz CL5 (KHX8500D2K2/4G) (total of 8 GBs) to an ASUS P5N-T Deluxe motherboard which has four memory slots each supporting up to 2GB modules. This motherboard supports a maximum of 8GBs by design and I will be using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit. Some authorized person from ASUS said that they haven't tested those particular modules with that motherboard but I have seen in the ASUS memory QVL that 2 GB sets(1GB+1GB) (KHX8500D2K2/2G) are qualified to run on all the slots in the motherboard. So there should be no issues with the 4 GB sets but I need to hear your opinion.

Also what sort of adjustments should I make in the BIOS to run those RAMs at 1066 MHz?

Thank you.
