How to save web page to my disk?

I found a site (conspiracy type pages) that gets moved or shut down a lot. I'd like to save the whole thing (including all its media files) to my hard disk. How can I do this?

If I chose "save as" > "web page, complete", I do not get all the media/audio files, just shortcuts. I am using Win2K + IE6.
