Continuous beep from foxconn m7-pmx-s motherboard

am building a new pc connected everything correctly but am getting a continuous beep from foxconn m7-pmx-s motherboard.
CPU Dual-Core Proc.
2Gb Memory
450Watts PSU
500 Gb Hard Drive
Any help would be highly appreciated.

check all the connections maby one has come loose

take all of your ram you and then try one of them then try the other.
