So its a toss up between these two cases, The Antec 1200 V3 or Thermaltake Chaser MK-I, the MK I has 2 front USB 3.0 vs the Antecs 1 USB 3.0, the MK I has tooless drive bay installation, the Antec doesn't, the MK I is $30 chaeper than the Antec, the MK I is ugly as all ****, the Antec has slightly better cooling (mabye/debatable), The antec has pads for the power supply whereas the MK I is just metal on metal (could you buy some foam pads ? I have no clue) the antec is Miss Universe next to the MK I.

Here is my potential build.
Thermaltake Black Chaser MK-I Full Tower 179 (209 for 1200 V3)
Intel Core i5 2500K 219
ASRock P67 Extreme6 Motherboard B3 209
G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 99
EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD 359
Hitachi Deskstar 7K3000 2TB 7200RPM 119
Corsair Force Series 3 120GB SSD 269
Samsung SH-222AB SATA DVDRW Drive 29
OCZ Technology ZX Series 850W Power Supply 199
Samsung 2443BW+ 24inch Widescreen LCD Monitor 309
Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Mechanical Keyboard 139
Razer Goliathus Alpha (444mm X 355mm) Control Edition 19
2148 (2178)

Initally I was looking at the Nine Hundred Two V3 but decided against it, should I reconsider?

Solution
Some thoughts for you:

1) If you consider the MK-1 ugly, DO NOT buy it. You will be looking at it every day, and there is no sense in getting something you consider ugly.
Get something that appeals to you. Anything with at least two 120mm intake or output fans will give adequate cooling.

2) The internal parts are consistent and appropriate.

3) I like the ssd/hdd combo. I think I would go with intel, they have had fewer returns in the past:

The Intel 510 120gb price has been reduced to $225:

4) A 850w psu is much more than you need, How about a XFX 650w unit $69...

It is modular, and will power even a GTX580.
XFX seems to be one of the best priced quality lines available today.

5) Why do you need such a large motherboard and case? You could fit everything into a micro-ATX case.

6) Antec makes good cases. Why did you decide against it?

7) For a micro-ATX, look at a Asus P8P67-M PRO motherboard $150:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131707

and a lian li V354B case $150:

8) If you will OC, get an aftermarket cooler. Most any will do for an OC to 4.0 which is all you need.

9) Check the returns link above. The 2tb drives have not been as reliable as the 1tb units. You might want to go to two 1tb units, or change to the WD caviar green 2tb.
With your ssd, performance should not be an issue.

------------good luck-------------

1) True but mostly it will be under my desk, I decided to spend a little extra on the things I will see everyday like the keyboard, mouse mat (already have a mouse) and moniter. Looks are a factor in deciding but not the only factor.
3) I live in Australia so I can't order off newegg but I will look into the intel SSD's, the site I am getting everything else off has for 100 mor but I will look for a good deal.
4) The power supply is overkill, but I'm not sure, I do plan on SLIing my 570s in the future, and I thought that I would invest in a good power supply that would be all I need for this build, its upgrade, and the next build, I'm paranoind about PSUs and thought it would be better to spend 150 extra.
5) Good point I don't really need such a huge case, but I do like the extra room and it will serve me well for any upgrades I require. I'm not 100% on any case as of yet and am up for any suggestions.
6) I decided against the Antec 902 V3 because I read a review that said the 1200 V3 is worth the extra money over the 902 V3, and then I looked at the MK I for comparison.
7) I did look into that Motherboard but it doesn't have the fornt panel USB 3.0 that I could see other than that I would get it.
8) Thanks I was thinking CoolerMaster V8 CPU Cooler, its probably overkill but it should let overclock like crazy.
9) I changed my HDD to Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB WD1002FAEX, if more later (which I probably will) I'll put it in later
Did a revise last night here it is

One aspect that you need to consider while choosing for a case is build quality.. And Antec excels in this department compared to Thermaltake.. Meanwhile here is another case option which IMO is better compared to both of your previous choices -

Rest of your components look good.. I'll recommend the Logitech G510 over the Razer keyboard though.. The reason again being build quality and look factor..
