Solution
I couldnt find any reviews for the Sunbeam Twister CPU cooler (except for a 3DGameMan video review that didnt test it), not even a NewEgg customer review yet.

Since SB i5 2500K doesnt need a super cooler to get amazing results go with a known good CPU coolerCOOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus $30 Check the NewEgg customer feedback.

500GB for less than the 250GB you had listed:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive $40
or Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" HDD $40 & free shipping

Everything else is looking good.

If you watch the full 3dgameman review he DOES test it. You just have to sit through the fan controller review before he gets to the test results at the end of the video review.
