I just recently got a new motherboard because the old one had many problems but now i noticed something. my voltage on my cpu is 1.6v and it goes up to 1.8v im scared like i don't smell anything frying. so i really would like to know if it's just common for the motherboard or i prob should get a new motherboard.

specs

cpu:1055t amd
gpu: 5850 ati
motherboard: BIOSTAR TA870U3+
ram: g.skill ripjaw 2x2gb ddr3

the voltage part is scary :eek:

But the multiplier jumping around is absolutely normal, its a power saving feature
200 x4 = 800Mhz idle speed
x14.5 = normal stock speed (shudn't it be x14)
and 16.5 = max turbo speed :)

ok i think i may know the problem why its reading 1.6v and my computer not melting. In the bios there could be where i have to set it to stock voltages 1.3v but the thin is now it doesn't wan't to boot i tried resetting the cmos with the dip switch and removing the battery still no video is showing. I think this motherboard is a bit loopy i got it from newegg open box.
