Wierd crashing (monitor and keyboard shut off)

I have a feeling it is my motherboard, but my monitor and keyboard will suddenly turn off. The worst thing it will do it in safe mode, loading Windows 7, in BIOS, or even in the BIOS setup. I removed the ATI HD6850 (Diamond), and Corsair tx650w ps. It's a AMD 1090t CPU, Gigabyte 880g mb, and two Hitachi 750gb hard drives setup in raid 0. Windows 7 64bit ultimate.

What was the problem I also am experiencing this.

Ram was bad.
